That’s why we’re excited to present the Comfort Care HVAC Preventative Maintenance Program, tailored specifically for homeowners in the San Francisco Bay Area.


Our Residential HVAC Maintenance Program offers a range of benefits, discounts, and annual maintenance to ensure your heating and cooling systems operate smoothly all year round. For the cost of a standard HVAC tune-up and safety check, you’ll gain peace of mind knowing that your furnace and air conditioner have undergone thorough inspections for safety and efficiency. Moreover, our proactive approach helps identify potential issues before they escalate into expensive repairs.

Galaxy Services' HVAC Preventative Maintenance Plan

Gold Membership – $25.00 per month

  • 21 point precision tune-ups twice a year
  • Filter change, 1” standard included
  • Drain blow out in the spring
  • 15% discount on repairs
  • 10% off a new system installation
  • Free diagnostic service call – a $99 value! 
  • Priority installation on all equipment and services

Silver Membership – $20.00 per month

  • 21 point precision tune-ups twice a year
  • Filter change, 1” standard included
  • 10% discount on repairs
  • Priority service calls
  • 5% off new system installation

Biannual Standard Maintenance Service:

  • Frequency: Twice a year.
  • What’s Included:
    • Cleaning out the heating and AC system.
    • Cleaning and adjusting the burners.
    • Inspecting the ignition system.
    • Oiling all parts and motors as needed.
    • Checking electrical connections and amperage.
    • Reviewing thermostat operation.
    • Checking for gas and carbon monoxide leaks in the furnace.
    • Checking safety switches and relays.
    • Checking refrigerant pressure and splits.

Terms & Conditions:

  • Payment:
    • Monthly payments are deducted automatically from the customer’s debit or credit card.
    • Billing occurs on the 1st of each month.
  • Contract Duration:
    • The contract is for 12 months and cannot be canceled during that time.
    • After the initial 12 months, customers can stop the contract by contacting the company in writing.
  • Refunds:
    • There are no refunds for monthly payments.


  • Service Visits:
    • Customers are entitled to two visits per year for maintenance tune-ups.
    • Membership visits are preset for seasonal tune-ups.
    • Galaxy Services will notify customers before the preset visit month to schedule an appointment.
    • It’s the customer’s responsibility to return missed calls to ensure scheduling.
    • If a maintenance visit isn’t scheduled in the allocated month after notification, both tune-ups may be combined for the next scheduled visit.
  • Scope of Maintenance:
    • Maintenance includes testing safety controls, lubricating moving parts, and minor cleaning of control and electronic areas.
    • Excludes repair, refrigerant recharging, or major cleaning that may be discovered by the technician.
  • Additional Work:
    • If additional work is needed, the technician will provide a written estimate.
    • No additional fee work will be performed without customer consent.
  • Filter Changes:
    • Galaxy Services is not responsible for changing filters as recommended every 90 days.
