Homeowners can choose to have their system serviced by us—where we offer affordable maintenance plans—by another licensed contractor, or even perform the maintenance themselves, as long as it is done according to the manufacturer’s guidelines.
*Maintenance Requirement: It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the installed equipment is maintained by a California C20 licensed contractor. Failure to adhere to the manufacturer’s maintenance instructions may void coverage under this warranty. In the event of a claim, proof of proper servicing by a California C20 licensed contractor may be required. Non-compliance with these guidelines could result in a denial of warranty coverage.
Please note that our workmanship warranty does not cover parts replacement due to normal wear and tear. This warranty specifically addresses defects related to the quality of our work, such as faulty installation or poor craftsmanship. For coverage of parts that wear out from regular use, we recommend exploring service agreements that include such provisions, or considering an extended warranty option (see below).
