Gold Membership – $25.00 per month

  • 21-point precision tune-ups twice a year

Biannual Standard Maintenance

Both our Gold and Silver memberships include standard HVAC preventative maintenance. Twice a year, our technicians will clean your heating and AC systems, adjust the burners, inspect the ignition system, lubricate all necessary parts and motors, check electrical connections and amperage, review thermostat operation, check for gas and carbon monoxide leaks, and inspect safety switches, relays, refrigerant pressure, and splits.

Terms & Conditions

  • Galaxy Services’ HVAC preventative maintenance contract fees are automatically deducted each month from your debit or credit card on file.
  • You will be billed automatically on the 1st of each month.
  • Contracts are for a 12-month period and cannot be canceled during this time. After the initial 12 months, you may cancel by contacting us in writing.
  • Monthly payments are non-refundable.

Disclaimer: Customers are entitled to two maintenance tune-ups per year, scheduled during preset months for seasonal checkups. Galaxy Services will notify customers before the preset month to schedule an appointment. However, it is the customer’s responsibility to respond to missed calls to schedule maintenance. If maintenance is not scheduled in the allocated month, Galaxy Services may combine both tune-ups for the next scheduled visit. Membership requires a one-year minimum commitment. The maintenance, tune-up, and safety inspection include testing safety controls, lubricating moving parts, and minor cleaning of control and electronic areas. The maintenance program aims to maintain the efficient operation of your heating and air conditioning system. Inspections exclude repairs, refrigerant recharging, or major cleaning that may be identified. Any additional repairs or cleaning, including parts and labor, will incur additional costs. A written estimate will be provided for any work requiring extra fees, and no additional work will be performed without customer consent. Galaxy Services is not responsible for changing filters every 90 days as recommended.
